USF Center for Career & Professional Development is committed to adapting to the ever-changing environment our employers are facing while recruiting and hiring full-time, internship, and Cooperative Education (Co-op) positions.

Each of our Career Fairs is designed to help our employer partners, regardless of industry or talent needs, reach USF students and recent graduates from all three campuses. We invite all organizations who are actively recruiting to fill full-time, internship, or Co-op positions to participate!

Employer Recruitment Services

We offer a range of free and low cost recruitment services to employers so that you can maximize your ability to connect with our talented students and graduates. To register for our employer recruitment services, contact the Industry to Campus Connections team. Active USF employers can email us at RecruitUSF@usf.edu. Employers recruiting at USF for the first time can complete our Connect With Us form.

  • Job, Internship, & Co-Op Postings for USF Students & Alumni
  • On-Campus Interviewing & Post-Career Fair Interviews
    • For a low fee, interview candidates on the Tampa campus in our Career Interview Suites. Our Industry to Campus Connections team will help you reserve a room for a room-only schedule or help promote your open opportunities so you can pre-select candidates from a competitive applicant pool. If you’re attending a career fair, stay the next day to meet individually with the top candidates you met at the fair. You can request On-Campus Interview schedules through Handshake or contact us at RecruitUSF@usf.edu. Virtual interview options are available for employers!
  • Student Networking Preparation Programs: Industry Conversation Career Panels, Resume Reviews, & Mock Interviews
    • Each semester, we invite employers to assist in preparing students for career fairs and networking events through career panels, resume reviews, and mock interviews.
  • Job Promotion Emails
    • Not getting that applicants from your job or internship posting that you need? We can create customized and targeted email promotions to increase awareness of your opportunities and drive candidates to apply.
  • Employer Information Sessions
    • Host a virtual or in-person information session about your organization and opportunities. We can help your organization reserve space (free and low cost options available) and through our partnership, we’ll promote your session to your targeted students.
  • Student Workshops
    • Have industry or professional development insights you’d like to share with students while also promoting your organization and opportunities? Host a workshop or event for students! We will help you reserve space and promote your event to your targeted students.
  • Campus Stakeholder Visits & Campus Department Connections
    • Want to increase your presence and involvement at USF? Our team can help coordinate a campus visit where you can build relationships with key stakeholders on our campus including academic departments, campus leaders, faculty, advisors and coaches, and/or relevant student groups. There are many way to be involved at USF and we’ll create a customized visit just for your organization.
  • Sponsorships
    • Invest in the career and professional success of USF students – Explore our sponsorship options! Giving to the Center for Career & Professional Development leaves a lasting legacy, ensuring that our students are career ready and achieve their aspirations. In exchange for your generosity, you receive a range of promotional benefits. Sponsorships are customized based on your organization’s interests.

    • Contact us at RecruitUSFBilling@usf.edu for any questions you have regarding our events, registration process, or billing.
    • On the day of the event, we will provide support for all participants. Day-Of event details will be shared with Registrants and Attending Representatives by email two weeks before the event date.
  • Missing Registration Confirmation or Invoices: 
    • If you do not receive a confirmation or invoice email within one week after submitting your registration request, please contact us at RecruitUSFBilling@usf.edu to ensure your registration request was received.
