Each of our Career Fairs is designed to help our employer partners, regardless of industry or talent needs, reach USF students and recent graduates from all three campuses. We invite all organizations that are actively recruiting to fill full-time, internship, or Co-op positions to participate!  

In addition to Career Fairs, we also offer a variety of free or low cost customizable employer recruitment services to ensure that you reach your desired candidates.

We offer comprehensive, structured recruiting services designed to connect employers with talented students while ensuring a seamless on-campus experience. All recruiting activities are coordinated in partnership with our team and are held during university business hours.

Postings for USF Students & Alumni

Posting jobs, internships, & co-op positions specifically for USF students and alumni is free through our online career management system, Handshake. Click here for instructions on how to post jobs through Handshake.

Job Promotion Emails

Promote your job, internship, or recruiting event directly to qualified students.

Includes:

  • Distribution to targeted majors and class years
  • Direct delivery to student inboxes
  • Customized messaging aligned with your opportunity

Note: Position or event must be posted on Handshake prior to promotion.

On-Campus Interviewing, Talent Discovery, & Post-Career Fair Interviews

Conduct structured interviews in a professional campus interview suite while we manage the logistics.

Includes:

  • Applicant pool development through Handshake
  • One targeted email promotion
  • Interview schedule coordination
  • Reserved interview suite
  • Two complimentary parking passes

Employers select candidates from the applicant pool, and our team coordinates the full interview day (including scheduling and space management).

Student Preparation Programs

Each semester, we invite employers to assist in preparing students for career fairs and networking events through career panels, resume reviews, and mock interviews.

Student Workshops

Have industry or professional development insights you’d like to share with students, while also promoting your organization and opportunities? Host a workshop or event for students! We will help you reserve space and promote your event to your targeted students.

Employer Information Sessions

Host an engaging information session to introduce your organization, highlight opportunities, and connect directly with students.

Includes:

  • Full event coordination and room reservation
  • One targeted email promotion to relevant students
  • Two complimentary parking passes
  • On-site logistical support

  • On the day of the event, we will provide support for all participants. Day-Of event details will be shared with Registrants and Attending Representatives by email two weeks before the event date.

  • If you do not receive a confirmation or invoice email within one week after submitting your registration request, please contact us at RecruitUSFBilling@usf.edu to ensure your registration request was received.
