Getting to know who you are, what you enjoy, where you excel, and how you work can take time and should be examined before choosing a career or job. Take time to reflect on your interests, values, skills, and personality and use them to explore your career options.

As you make decisions for your future career, make an action plan for how you will achieve this goal. Do your research and make steps each semester to move closer to your goals by getting involved in organizations, research, part-time jobs, internships, informational interviews, and career workshops.
