Location-specific Search: If you are looking for positions in Tampa or the surrounding area, search using “Location” or “Postal Zip Code” with “Zip Radius”, NOT “City/Metro Region”.

  • For example, use Tampa, FL instead of Tampa Bay, FL.

Specialized Search: Use some of the unique features of CareerShift to limit results to “Remote Work” opportunities or, if you are an international student, use the “Filter H-1 Visa Sponsorships” option.
