Core job responsibilities
Customer expansion and relationship maintenance
Actively develop new customers through online channels (social media, exhibition resources, industry communities, etc.);
Deeply understand customer needs and recommend suitable brand and product solutions;
Maintain long-term customer relationships, promote repeat purchases and upgrade of cooperation.
Business Negotiation and Project Follow-up
Independently complete the entire process of inquiry, quotation, order placement, and delivery;
Maintain efficient communication with the internal order tracking, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure the smooth execution of orders;
Report on the progress of customer development and the achievement of sales targets.
Market Insights and Sales Growth
Collect information on overseas channels and competitor activities, and propose suggestions for new product introduction or promotion;
Assist in formulating sales strategies and achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
