Federal work study responsibilities at the Center for Civic Engagement (CCE) include assisting in the compilation of data for USFSP Civic Engagement inventory, updating the Citizen Scholar course catalog, administering surveys of students participating in citizen scholar projects, organizing events such as the Faculty Development Workshop Series and the Civic Engagement Fair, expanding the Center’s faculty resources, researching best practices of civic engagement programs, and working to develop, support, and facilitate civic engagement programs and initiatives at USFSP. Duties may also include research assistance, filing, and other office work.

Minimum qualifications:
Applicant must be a degree-seeking student in good academic standing at the University of South Florida and must have a current Federal Work Study (FWS) award for the 2024-2025 academic year. All majors are welcome to apply.

FWS Award:
