Hourly Wage: $12 per hour
Duties:
Provide support to the USF World staff with various projects, including but not limited to:
- Welcoming and directing visitors to the appropriate team members across the 3 campuses
- Presenting in classrooms, workshops, info sessions, tabling events, study abroad fairs, and meetings
- Researching discipline specific (Business, Health, etc.) programs to market and recruit in niche fields.
- Advising and Assisting students with applications in the Education Abroad database
- Assisting with information requests that may require web researching, gathering, compiling, and updating data and records
- Identify and present to USF World staff relevant campus programming initiatives for assignments/collaborations
- Assisting with other duties as needed
Average Number of Hours per Week:
Up to 20 hours per week within business hours of 8am – 5pm

Flexible based on class schedule
Qualifications:
Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite, Canva, etc.), knowledge of general office equipment and office procedure, Experience studying or traveling abroad, experience presenting to audiences
Preferred: Experience studying or traveling abroad
