Sarasota campus (FWS) Student Laboratory Assistant

The primary purpose of this FWS position is to provide support for the teaching labs located at the USF Sarasota-Manatee Teaching Labs at Mote Marine Campus which may include but not be limited to restock and general clean-up of labs and classrooms, solution preparation and dispensing, preparation of media and cultures, unpacking and breaking down boxes, set up and break down of lab equipment, labeling and organization of supplies and other duties as assigned by lab staff. Applicant must be able to follow written and verbal directions, and must be able to work independently. Applicant must have successfully completed biology I lab and/or chemistry I lab in-person.
