Art Studio Associate

We are seeking a friendly, high energy, fun and detail-oriented Art Studio Associate (Part-Time) to join our creative team. This role involves assisting customers, managing product displays, and supporting daily studio operations. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, fun natured with experience in retail environments.
Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional customer service
Assist clients with product selections and answer questions about art supplies and studio offerings
Manage merchandising, including stocking shelves and organizing displays to enhance visual appeal
Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items
Handle POS transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering duties
Upsell products and promote studio classes or events to increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the studio space
Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and assisting with restocking as needed
Ensure phone etiquette is professional when communicating with customers or vendors
Skills
Ability to conduct engaging product demos and upsell effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
Knowledge of merchandising, stocking, and retail sales strategies
Customer service-oriented mindset with a friendly demeanor
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
Must be outgoing, personable, honest and dependable.
