ARCHIVES & EXHIBITS INTERN
The National Comedy Center is currently seeking interns for its 2025 internship program. This is an excellent opportunity to get involved with an award-winning non-profit cultural institution and national-scale destination to gain real-world experience, learn new skills, and make connections. The state-of-the-art National Comedy Center was recently named the “Best New Museum” in the country by USA Today and one of the “World’s Greatest Places” by TIME magazine.
The Archives and Exhibits Intern will assist in processing archival collections, developing and installing new exhibits, and supporting ongoing research initiatives.
Remote internships, as well as partial remote/on-site arrangements, will be considered for 2025. Must be on-site for 2025 Lucille Ball Comedy Festival.

REQUIREMENTS
- Must be an undergraduate or MA student pursuing a career in museum studies, archives, history, or a related field.
- Advanced knowledge of archival handling and processing techniques is an asset but not a requirement.
- Interns must commit to at least 15-20 hours per week. Hours are flexible.
- All in-person interns must complete at least 4 hours each week on the National Comedy Center floor to learn how the attraction operates, interact with visitors, and increase their comedy knowledge.
