This position is part time to start for the right candidate! We are looking for an office administrator/e-commerce who would like paid experience with graphics and marketing. The ideal candidate would have previous experience with the following job duties but we are open to training the right person for the role.
Job duties are as follows:
Graphics
· Creating new artwork file (lid and label)
· Create sell sheets for new items and shippers
· Take pictures of new products and shippers or requested products
· Create shipper breakdown sheet and keep shipper database up to date
· Create database and map of pictures for ease of access by team
· Develop recipe cards
Office Support 1:
· File AP & AR
· Maintain records retention
· Process Wholesale Orders
· Credit card- organize receipts by statement period
· Collect Packing Lists
Marketing –
· Work with world pantry on listings, ads and newsletters
· Future target – take on social media platforms
· Customer required online & print ads
HR / Payroll support:
· Onboarding new production temps
· Maintain picture wall
· Get all timecards and missed lunch forms signed
· Answer questions about timecards and hours
· Distribute checks and paystubs
· Temp agency timecard- confirm hours and send to agencies
Office Support 2:
· Annually- box up old AP, AR and payroll and enter into retention spreadsheet
· Unpack & organize Costco and Staples orders
· Organize office supplies in island
· Backup AP
· Answer phones
· Answer door
