NextGen Leaders Summit Mission Statement The NextGen Leaders Summit exists to empower, equip, and inspire middle and high school youth to become confident and purpose-driven leaders. Through leadership training, motivational talks, and interactive workshops, we cultivate skills in communication, teamwork, resilience, and decision-making, preparing young people to lead in their schools, communities, and future careers. With the theme “Building Leaders. Shaping the Future.”, our goal is to ignite a passion for leadership, foster personal growth, and provide mentorship opportunities that encourage young leaders to step boldly into their purpose. Come to our Leadership Summit. You will hear from inspiring keynote speakers, participate in leadership workshop, interact in a panel discussion, and be exposed to mentoring and networking!!
